Shipping & Delivery
Shipping typically takes 3–7 days within the EU, and 10–21 days worldwide depending on your location.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. EU orders starting 5 eur, US orders from 8 eur. Depends on shipping profiles, too.
We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options.
The fastest delivery option is Express Shipping via FedEx, which takes about 1–3 business days and costs €35.
Yes, large orders are possible. Please contact me to discuss the details.
Yes, we ship to the USA! All orders are dispatched from Latvia (EU). You can choose between two delivery options at checkout:
- Postal office: from €8.00 • 5–10 business days.
- Express: €35.00 • 1–3 business days
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

No, the wooden board shown in the photos is used for presentation purposes only.
No — each set arrives as individual stones. You can stack them freely. Adhesive pads are included only for Balancing Sculptures.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Returned items must be in their original condition.
No, personalized orders can not be returned due to the nature of the product.
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If needed, you may return your item and place a new order.
Digital purchases are final, since files can't be returned once delivered. If you have any trouble accessing your download, contact us and we'll help.
Custom & Personalization
Yes. I can write/draw names, dates, or short words on a stone to make a set truly personal — perfect for weddings, anniversaries, or milestone gifts.

I'll reply within 24 hours with a quote and a timeline. Most custom sets take 1–2 weeks to complete.
Absolutely. I've made sets for weddings, corporate gifts, retreats, and spa openings.
For orders of 10+ sets, I offer special pricing and can coordinate delivery to arrive together. Reach out early — larger orders need 3–4 weeks lead time.
