Refund policy
At StonesAesthetic, each piece is carefully selected from natural Baltic Sea stones and packed with care before shipping. We want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us, so we offer a 30-day return period.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and in the same condition as received;
- returned with all original pieces included;
- packed safely to avoid damage during return shipping;
- returned in its original packaging where possible.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@stonesaesthetic.com with your order number and reason for return.
Natural Product Variations
Our products are made from natural Baltic Sea stones and pebbles. Each stone is unique, so small differences in shape, size, color, texture, pattern, surface marks, and natural imperfections are part of the product’s character.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Please review the product photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. For stone stacks, cairns, decor sets, and craft stones, the exact appearance may vary slightly because every natural stone is one of a kind.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For international returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. StonesAesthetic is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Returned items must be sent back to the return address provided by us after your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may need additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@stonesaesthetic.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the item;
- photos of the packaging;
- a short description of the issue.
We will review the situation and offer the most suitable solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
StonesAesthetic ships internationally, including to the United States.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping prices unless clearly stated at checkout.
If a package is delayed because of customs processing, this is outside our control. U.S. Customs and Border Protection also states that the importer is ultimately responsible for paying any duty owed on an import.
If an order is refused because the buyer does not pay customs duties, import taxes, or related charges, the original shipping cost and any return shipping, customs, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Orders Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or refusal to pay customs/import charges, we will contact you once the package is received back.
If the item is returned to us safely, we may offer a refund for the product price, excluding original shipping costs and any additional fees charged to us.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- custom or personalized orders;
- items damaged after delivery due to handling, dropping, misuse, or improper care;
- items returned without contacting us first;
- items that are used, incomplete, or not in their original condition.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges because many StonesAesthetic pieces are natural and one of a kind. If you would like another item, please contact us and we will let you know what is possible.
Digital Products
Some StonesAesthetic products may be sold in digital form, such as downloadable files or digital gift cards.
Because digital files cannot be physically returned all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is completed and the file is delivered or accessed.
