Shipping policy

At StonesAesthetic, every order is carefully packed to protect the natural stones during international delivery. We ship worldwide from Latvia using trusted postal and courier services.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, or if additional order details need to be confirmed.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping
Standard delivery is handled by Pasts — the national postal service of Latvia

Express Shipping
Express delivery is handled by FedEx and is available for selected destinations. If express shipping is available for your address, it will appear as an option at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is usually:

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
Express Shipping: delivery time depends on the destination and FedEx service availability

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, postal service workload, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

StonesAesthetic ships internationally, including to the United States.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs processing may occasionally delay delivery. StonesAesthetic is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local delivery services.

Tracking Information

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected delivery method.

Please allow some time for the tracking details to update after the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

StonesAesthetic is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or refusal to pay customs/import charges, we may offer to resend the order at the customer’s expense or issue a refund for the product price, excluding original shipping costs and any additional fees charged to us.

Damaged Packages

We pack every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@stonesaesthetic.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos of the damaged item;
  • photos of the packaging;
  • a short description of the issue.

We will review the situation and offer the most suitable solution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@stonesaesthetic.com and we will help check the shipment status.

Please note that delivery delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, holidays, or circumstances outside our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.
