Wooden Ship Sculptures
Baltic Driftwood Sailboat – Wooden Ship Sculpture No.5
A quiet ornament for spaces that invite stillness. This sailboat sculpture is shaped from a single piece of driftwood — wood that has drifted through the Baltic Sea before reaching… the shore, carrying the texture of waves, salt, wind, and time.
The full story
A quiet ornament for spaces that invite stillness. This sailboat sculpture is shaped from a single piece of driftwood — wood that has drifted through the Baltic Sea before reaching the shore, carrying the texture of waves, salt, wind, and time.
Karolina collects these pieces by hand along the Baltic shoreline, then builds each sculpture without changing the natural form of the wood. The result is a one-of-a-kind coastal ornament with a calm, rustic character and a story shaped by nature.
It feels at home in a bedroom, on a nightstand, above a reading chair, or in any quiet corner where the eye returns slowly. It also makes a meaningful marine decor piece for someone who grew up near the water, loves the sea, or finds peace in coastal objects. As a heartfelt rustic gift, it is especially suited for a partner, husband, father, new homeowner, or anyone with a deep emotional connection to the sea.
Every sailboat begins with a walk along the Baltic shoreline. Driftwood is rare, and pieces with true character are even harder to find. Only a small part of what washes ashore has the natural weathering, balance, texture, and shape worth keeping.
Once collected, the wood is air-dried and gently brushed to remove sand and grit. Nothing is sanded smooth, painted, or chemically treated. The cracks, rough edges, natural markings, and pale silver patina are left exactly as the sea made them.
Because of this, no two sailboats are alike — and no two ever will be.
Each sailboat is one of a kind. Please refer to the photos to see the full visual character of each design. The variant selector shows the designs currently in stock.
The boat length × height is:
- 19.7 × 17 cm / 7.8 × 6.7 in
Care: wipe gently with a dry cloth when needed. Keep away from direct moisture and prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the natural color and texture of the wood. Driftwood is a found material. Nothing is cut, harvested, or industrially processed for these sculptures. Each piece is given a second life as art, keeping its natural shape and coastal character.

Care :
These stones need your love and care - they like calm, stability, and gentle attention.
Place them on a flat, steady surface - somewhere free from rush and accidental movement. Choose a space where they can feel at ease.
Balance them gently, without hurry - the stones can sense your energy. Sometimes they need a little more time to “find their place.” Remember: when they fall, it’s part of the process, not a mistake.
From time to time, wipe them with a soft cloth to remove dust and restore their natural color.
Each stone has its own unique “character” - some are more stable, others more playful. That’s why they may occasionally wander off. If you accidentally touch the cairn, the stones might happily set off on a small journey across the table or floor.
When not in use, keep them in a bag. They like having their own quiet place.
These stones come from the shores of the Baltic Sea - they are already used to strong winds, waves, and storms. Now their place is with you.
